The Little Vampire
There was a little vampire young and bold.
There was a little vampire who, before now, did what he was told.
He sat at recess with the human children watching them play.
He was so sad that he could not bare to stay.
He ran and ran until it was night,
He ran and ran until it was light,
Until he heard some voices laughing and singing.
He smiled as he looked his heart was ringing.
Could this be a group of his kind?
How could he be so lucky to find?
He ran to the others who accepted him with cheer.
He danced with the others he did not fear.
They played in the shadows until they needed to feast,

Holding hands they entered the darkness, the little vampire was so pleased.
